Simple Summer Mantle

 

Just a glimpse at my simple summer mantle.  It is a different mantle...no big hole in the top.  I'll explain more of that later...when I feel like talking about it.  I do enjoy the simplicity of the decorator's white paint and the natural elements of sea shells and starfish.  Especially coming off a weekend at the beach.  I found the mirror in a thrift store {of course}.  Looks like someone started trying to paint it on the left side...I just kept it like that.  I like the quirkiness of it!
