Snow and White Trash Dip

Dear Potent Winter Snow Storm,

Please make a U-turn right away. I give you full permission. If not, I will eat myself silly on White Trash Dip. Hurry! Turn back now.

White Trash Dip
1 lb sausage
2 blocks cream cheese
1 can rotel tomatoes

Brown sausage and pour into crock pot with other ingredients. Cook on low. EAT.
(I only have a huge crock pot...so I just put everything in a pot on the stove an cook on low.) Serve with Fritos or tortilla chips.

  7. I'm praying for that U turn too, but it doesn't look like it's happening. We are supposed to get mostly ice, so I'm praying we don't loose power.
Maybe I should go make some of that dip while I still can.

  15. Anyone who takes the time to post a recipe that is one part sausage, two parts cream cheese is okay in my book. Breaking out the crock pot...
