I know...it's not even close to spring, but I've had this bag rolling around in my head and finally pounded it out. It's sort of a bohemian spring. Doncha think?
The outer fabric is from a shirt found while thrifting. I loved the fabric, but not the shirt.
It's lined with Amy Butler fabric and has magnetic snaps with chair webbing handles. I will be making more of these and putting them in my etsy store.
The bag looks great! I love the contrast of the webbing with the bright fabrics. I was in Nordstom last weekend and they had in the "designer" department a dress that had that webbing as the straps (seems itchy to me)... but I came home thinking I'd try it on something... This is a great idea!!
Oh you little crafter you. I love it and am tempted to bring my sewing machine to Blissdom so you can show me all your tricks.
